Yet again the scales have defeated me and i'm actually surprised again. Whilst I haven't put any weight on nothing seems to be shifting. I can't work out what is actually going on in my body. I must be loosing part of the weight loss equation somewhere. I'm feeling very sorry for myself and I am reluctant to drag myself down to the gym today but I know it's what I have to do. I hate grey days like this.

Fantastic idea, Alexia! The I am worth more challenge is just what I needed to get me out of my malaise. Thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction.
If you're working out a lot lately, it could be water retention and muscle strengthening.
I noticed that you went out for chinese food - which is highly salty - and which could definitely affect your weigh in as well.
These plateaus can really be discouraging if we allow it. I sure know how you feel right now, but don't let anything stop you from continuing on with your journey. You can do this. We both can.
No is the PERFECT time to drag yourself to the gym. Do something good for you. Hang in there hun!
