Recuperation has been slow. I've been looking out at the autumnal sunshine on the days when it has shone and wished I was walking up a hill or by a reservoir or two.
As you can tell from Monday's post I have been feeling very sorry for myself. But today gettinh more range in it beofre it hurt. Give me a week and i'll see how I am.
